RETURN POLICY

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you! You can return or exchange one or more items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method. Once we receive your return you can expect a refund within 2-3 business days. You will receive an automated email once your return is processed and closed. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us. Swimwear and Clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in $0.97 price point are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At CELEBRITY ™, our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients, team and communities, we continue to closely monitor the latest developments regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Please note that refunds may take up to 10 additional working days to process due to varying processing times & procedures. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please see our Returns Policy above.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please feel free to Contact Us as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the return policy listed above.
